Reservation Pre-Paid
You can choose between a reservation-based model, where meal entitlements are planned in advance, and a prepaid model, where users make payments using their own balance. Both models can also be used together within the same system.

How it works
  • The weekly or monthly menu and meal schedule are published in advance.
  • Users review the menu and select the days they plan to have a meal.
  • The reservation confirmation is sent to the user.
  • On the reserved day, access is granted using a card or QR code.
  • Reservation data is compared with actual access records.
  • Management plans production, procurement, and costs based on the number of expected users.

Top up and spend
Users can top up their account balance through the portal using a Virtual POS. During entry, the cafeteria validator checks the available balance and authorizes the transaction.
How it works
  • The student or staff member logs into the portal.
  • They top up the desired amount via Virtual POS.
  • Once the payment is completed, the updated balance is reflected in the system instantly.
  • They scan their card or mobile QR code at the validator.
  • The meal fee is deducted from the balance, and the remaining balance is displayed on the screen.

Daily Access Limit

Daily meal entitlements can be defined for individual users or groups. A second access attempt on the same day can be automatically blocked.

Card Group Rules

Different access rules can be assigned to student, academic staff, administrative staff, visitor, or contractor groups.

Meal-Based Entitlement Management

Separate entitlements, time windows, and pricing policies can be defined for different meals, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Emergency Entitlement Management

Authorized administrators can assign temporary additional usage entitlements to specific individuals or groups when needed.

Spending Limits

In the prepaid model, minimum balance requirements, daily spending limits, and transaction amount limits can be defined.

Reservation Control

Access can be restricted on days without a reservation. Whether unused reservations are refunded can be determined according to the institution’s policies.
